SILENT SPONSOR AUCTION

Helping us Raise Funds for Mission 2024

This fall 2024 auction event has the sole purpose of raising money to help people during our upcoming mission trip to Central America. All monies raised will be used this year to help someone that is struggling in poverty. 

Auctions are held weekly. There are items offered each week to sponsors and friends of sponsors of the Adopt a Family Fund Inc. The process is simple. We post items every Monday. You place you bid by email (write adoptafamilyfund@gmail.com) or written paper handed to one of us. The highest bid will be chosen on Saturday. 

PRE-MISSION FUNDRAISER

The 2024 Mission Trip is rapidly approaching. It is important that we apply diligence to raising extra funds to help those struggling in extreme poverty. 

One of our objectives each year is to bring extra money to help individuals struggling in difficult circumstances and encourage people that are struggling with homelessness.

The process is as follows:

  1. One Monday: items listed.
  2. Monday to Saturday: bids accepted. By email or in-person.
  3. Saturday evening: bids confirmed.
  4. Sunday evening: winning bids posted (using first name (and last name initial) or nickname). Fundraising totals updated.
  5. Bid winners can have their item(s) brought to church, dropped off by us, or picked up at our house in Randolph.
